Using Verve Internet and the Voice Portal, you can check a history of calls ranging from just your ext, a Call Queue, or the entire Voice Domain. You also have the ability of listening to the call (If the ext is setup for call recording) or to export the call History data into a .csv file on this page.

Steps

  1. Login to the Portal
  1. From the home page, you can click the Call History button.
    If you have an Office Manager user level, you would click “Manage Organization”(shown here) at the top right before proceeding with this step in order to see the calls for the entire Voice Domain.
  2. Here you will see the most recent call data for the last 24 hours. You can change the dates you are currently viewing to narrow or broaden your range by selecting Filter right below the header labeled “Call History”
  3. In the Filter window you can filter by Date Range, user, Caller Number, Dialed Number, and Call Type. The more information you have to look for a call, the narrower a search you can perform using these filters.
