Your account has a variety of settings that allow you to customize the way your phone functions. All of your account settings can be managed through the Verve Voice Portal.
Most extensions have a “Basic User” permission level. This gives you the ability to edit the settings for your phone. Users that need to control the entire phone system are given an “Office Manager” permission level. Typically these permissions are set during the install. If they need to be changed, contact our support team at support@nextlevelinternet.com or 858-836-0700 option 1.
