Q: Why can’t I see faxes in my History page?

A: For a User, make sure the number in question is assigned to you. You can view which numbers are assigned to you in the “My Fax Number” section of the “Fax” page. Contact an Admin on your account if it is not assigned to you, and should be.

Next, remove any filters you may have in place by clicking the down arrow in the top right.

From the Fax History page, see:

7. You can use the search field to filter by fax number, or use the Inbound, Outbound, or down arrow options on the top right to further filter.
a. You may add or remove filter items here. Admins have additional filter options, such as the option to filter by user, or remove the user filter to view faxes by all users.
b. After entering or removing filter queries click the “Filter” button to apply
