Click the Chat and SMS icon in the navigation bar to view your messages.
Scroll through your existing conversations and select one to read and send new messages.
To initiate a new message:
- Click the green plus icon in the bottom right corner, then click the New Conversation pencil icon
- Enter the phone number (for SMS) or extension number (for chat).
- Click on the blue “send SMS” icon or click on the relevant contact to begin composing the message.
- Type you message in the “Enter message” field and press send when finished.
